I have created a contact form template which I want to use for item return requests (returns_form,phtml) and I have added extra fields to and then I have added this form to a cms page called Customer Service.
The issue I have is I don't know how to assign a separate email template for this form. Is that possible.
I still have the normal contact form on the contact page so I don't want to override the default system template.
