Order Shipping Address

Hi everyone,

I'm having NULL values in the table "sales_order_address". Some times the telephone number is missing (which is required on the front-end). In some cases the last name of the customer goes to the first name so last name is missing. What could be the problem? I'm using Magento2.1 community edition.

Is it happening since the beginning or after you have installed some module?
