Yes, You can create a PC builder like reference website using Bundle type of product.

bundle product wont do the job because i have to add all parts as create new product for each parts

Yes that's correct, if you would go with bundle product - then you will require to create a single product for each - but that's the correct approach !

So i would suggest you to go with bundle product only for this kind of products ! 

As an alternate option you can try group product or you can also try custom options for that specific product !
