We're currently developing a Magento webshop. The following issue popped up:
When a product fits into two categories, the filter for "brand" is displayed twice in the filterset. Each product has the filter "brand" by default. The issue cannot be solved by simply not adding an attributeset to a certain product.
Example:
A Chiquita banana is displayed in fruit. When deciced it's also a vegetable, we select the category "vegetable" for the product as well. When the product is frontend is viewed under vegetables, the filter "brand" is shown twice. Once in a list with all the vegetable brands, once under Brands - Chiquita (1).
I'd like to read your feedback on how to approach this issue. Thanks in advance!
