Promo for multiple products

Hi there, i'm trying to create a promotion but i think the only way will be to do it via code.

I want a promo that start when you add to cart 3 products of different category.

I dont have specific skus, you can add 3 or more products but you must have 1 product for each category.

How can be managed?

You should be able to create such conditions and actions combination for a shopping cart price rule without custom code.

Can you take a look at this Magento2 Special Promotion Extension to create multiple number of promotion actions with different cart price rules.
