Question about symlink

In this topic http://devdocs.magento.com/guides/v2.0/config-guide/bootstrap/magento-modes.html described that default and developer mode : "Symlinks to static view files are published to the pub/static directory". I have Windows 10 and after deploy static content all files doesn't create as symlink. Where is my mistake ?
