Rest API Add to cart API is unable to handle load

Hello Folks,

 

While we are doing load testing of Add to cart API, Which is unable to handle even 18 users concurrently.  We are using 4 core 16GB server. It still goes out of memory.

 

We are using default magento API.

 

Any suggestion will be appreciated.
