I just ran composer update and only 9 packages updated. However when I run the command composer outdated I can see a ton that need updated, but it is only Magento Core stuff. All of my extensions update normally. Why are the core code packages such as Zend not updating? For instance I am on zendframework/zend-code 3.1.0 but 3.3.0 is out. All extensions update just fine through composer.
