Show other products in same group

Most of our products are in groups, but we have the simple products showing in the Catalog/Search so they each have their own URL and product page. 

On the simple product page, we would like to display links to other products in the same group.

How can this be done? Any help or advice is appreciated.

you can Magento default thing like related products section.

Thank you Sunil. However they are not Related Products.

It would not be practical for us to add them as related products because there are many thousands of products, across many hundreds of groups.

I am looking for something like the Related element, but showing sibling products with the same parent.

find parent cats and find all products and display it.

Otherwise get product from same attribute group.
