We are not using Flat Shipping Rate for our store so I repurposed it as a store pickup option. The problem is it still calculates the tax rate from the shipping address. Is there anyway to calculate the flat rate shipping option by shipping origin and the rest of the options by shipping address. I know you can blanket assign all shipping calculations by origin, shipping address, or billing address so there must be a way to assign one individually. Does anyone know where I would start to achieve this functionality? Thanks
