Where Magento saves Payment Setup Information

Hello, I'm Adding a new payment integration (payment method). I would like to know where Magento saves the information that is informed in the configuration form. How can I retrieve, for example, the API Token I configured.

Please be informed that all configuration value stores data in core_config_data table.
