Which php best for Magento 2.2.11 ?

Hello everyone,

I'm striving on local hosting Magento. On line, i think, php version is 5.4

Which version should I install on my local host ?   I installed, first, 7.3, but it doesn't work good (template problem). Maybe is it from the PHP version ?

You should install PHP 7.0.13 or 7.1
