access to non-technical users

I am new to magento and would like to know the following if I install the system for someone and they are the owner of the store, but they do not have technical knowledge which options could I have enabled for the same in the administrator access?
what options do you leave?

Sales>Order

Catalog

CMS

Reports

or any banner or custom modules which you think.

these are basics which owner should have if they are non technical so they can check their products orders.
