change Magento2 showing including tax then excluding tax in checkout

Hi all, I can't get my head around it. Magento 2 keeps on showing first the tax, then grand total including tax and last grand total excluding tax, while the sequence should be first grand total exluding tax, then tax and then grand total including tax. It's aol login ok in invoice and order confirmation, but keeps going wrong in cart and checkout.

Hello @milestone8bad1 

You can change order from admin :

Store > Configurations > Sales > Sales > Checkout Totals Sort Order

here you can change the sort order according to you !
