how to call static pages in pub/error/default/503.phtml

Hi guys, 

                        i want to call static pages in pub/error/default/503.phtml. How can i ? Is this possible ? can anyone guide me ?

Can you elaborate more, what do you want to achieve to call static file 503 page?

Do you want to customize 503 page? or need to do other operation with this. give some more clarification for get right answer.

Actually am working on Maintenance page for two different store views . for that i  created two  static maintenance pages in admin end. and i want to call that two pages into pub/errors/default/503.phtml. How can i achieve that ? can you guide me ?
