To change only the tax value without affecting the total in Magento 2, while keeping the tax included in the product and shipping prices, you can follow these steps:

- Tax Class for Shipping: Set this to the appropriate tax class that includes tax in the shipping price.

- In the Calculation Settings section, configure the following settings:
- Tax Calculation Method Based On: Select "Unit Price" from the dropdown menu.
