I need to build an ecommerce open market site and I want to use Magento cloud so I searched the best practices of open market ecommerce sites made of Magento 2/cloud, but I could not find any.

Is it possible to make ecommerce open market site like Auction and Amazon, which merchants register their own products, have some financial functions, manage own discount coupons, etc ?

Or do I have to build my own with developers?
