proxy_fcgi timeout and Service Unavailable (or Proxy Error) during customer login and add to cart

Hello,

During customer login and add to cart we get an proxy_fcgi timeout error on apache error.log and an http 503 Service Unavailable or an http 502 Proxy Error.

This bug is fired only for some customers.

In our apache2.conf we have already try
to change Timeout  and ProxyTimeout
without a successful result.

We have already flushed Redis data and Varnish cache.

Has anyone already found a solution for these problems ?

I recommend you contact your hosting provider and ask them to find missing PHP settings if any.

The issue seems to be with the server.

Yes exactly,

We thought about a server misconfiguration.
We can't explain why this bug is fired only for some users.
