Can you check with another payment method just to try to identify if the problem is on Magento, the payment method or the gateway?

We've got some issues on paypal so aren't using that and sagepay form is our only gateway.
I have opened a ticket with ebizmarts yes.
Someone has been in touch with me in the ticket to suggest that we use the DIRECT and not the form as it is deprecated.
