A technical problem with the server created an error. display while changing attribute set

While i try to upload new product, and after i change the attribute Set from DEFAULT to SET-

1, i get the following error being displayed as a notice. 

 

"A technical problem with the server created an error. Try again to continue what you were doing. If the problem persists, try again later."
