Abandoned Cart Report Not Working after 2.3.5 Update

Since upgrading from Magento 2.3.3 to 2.3.5 the abandoned cart report is no longer showing any records. The site cronjobs and indexing are working properly.

I noted that the report is now part of the dotdigital module and if I disable the dotdigital module, the abandoned cart report link is removed from the menu.

Is a dotdigital account now required for this report to function?

I've been unable to find a solution to this issue.

I ended up working around it by installing the Amasty Advanced Reports module, which has it's own abandoned cart report.
