I have been seeing a few bugs this week on my store and dont know if it is server related.
The latest is today I went to my admin url and the interface now looks like this:

Our store is CE2.3.3 since December 2019 and before that store has started on 2.1.4.
I have since logged out and again when logging in the url is now back to the usual interface and not like the above link.
Anyway this is one issue.
Other issues:
1. Recently after assigning a product to a category, the icon associated with that category, which is set up to display in the mega menu disappeared.
2. When I had to change my admin panel password routinely, the page showed strange format. (If i get a chance I would share that but when replicating it is totally working normally)
3. Clicking Catalog>Category has been taking some time to display buffer and load.
