Admin panel stopped working

We are using Magento 2.0 , It was working fine for 2 days suddenly from yesterday It stopped working,Please suggest quick solutions. Below is the error attached.

Magento Admin page is throwing “SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection refused” error.

Based on your Error,

Error represents your localhost/mysql connection problem. First check your localhost connection is working or not ? Your database for project is properly exist or not.
