I use Magento 2.3.0

I try to upload product pictures, but I get this error.

@emilshamlooSeems like you are getting 413 request entity is too large error. Possibly image you are trying to upload is greater than in size then what you have configured in PHP setting. Check the post_max_size and upload_max_filesize setting in PHP.ini and test the upload after increasing the value.

I doubt you have permission issue on Media folder. I would recommend to check media folder permission as well.

I contacted my server support. And they found the issue was in the server and they've solved it now.
