Android phone language change Magento 2 Frontend

Hello everyone,

Hope someone can help me with this small, but big Problem.

I have Installed Magento CE 2.3 and the Shop is up and running. https://ratking.ch

Today we did some testing in the Shop and in IE, Firefox, Chrom, Safari ec. I can change the language from German to French to English. All not a Problem. Even on iPhone or iPad it’s all working like a dream.

But Android phone 

The default language of the Shop is German, so if I would like to change to English. Something is loading and then jumps back to German. The same for French.

I only have this problem on Android phone. PCs and Apple Phones not a problem.

Please let me know if I should add code or Pics. And thank you for your Help!!!

Try changing the interface language when you turn on your phone. You can also try resetting your phone. Maybe the problem is in the factory settings, which means you can't solve it without the help of a special service. I plan to buy a new phone and am considering some models of degoogled phones.
