Authorize.net accepts expired cards in Magento 2.3.1

Using Authorize.net Payment Gateway for accepting Credit Cards payment but weird things happened when go live, On checkout Page if we enter expired Credit Card, it accepts the card and place the order successfully.

 

Magento 2.3.1

PHP 7.1.29

MySQL 5.7.26
