Business paypal email didn't receive any email.

Hi all,

When using paypal to make a payment, buyer can receive payment emails but business email can not receive any email?

Is there any config in business account? Receiving email will work in both sandbox and live environments?

Assuming that your business email uses your own domain and your own mail server, you need to check your mail log to see why incoming emails from PayPal are not delivered to your inbox.
