Hi Folks,
I have a shared hosting account with nexus and using Magento 2. Currently just installed the Ultimo Theme and all went smoothly.
I am now having an issue when i import my CSV file. It gives me this error:
1. Imported resource (image) could not be downloaded from external resource due to timeout or access permissions in row(s): 1, 2, 3, 4
I have uploaded the image files to the server in the var/import/images directory and specified this pathname in the 'images file directory' field of the Magento 2 backend.
Looked on a few other forums and Stackoverflow but have not found the solution.
Could you please help me with this matter.
