Can't add a configurable product to basket

I have set up a configurable product (in this case a computer mouse) with three different color variations. Whenever I go to my frontend, and i select a color for the mouse my "add to basket"-button fades out, and I am not allowed to add it to my basket. 

All the variations of the product is "in stock" and has a quantity of 30. 

Any ideas?

Thank you for your reply.
We rebooted the site because of a another (non related) issue. And now the issue has been resolved.

Your "add to cart" functionality is not working because when you add the product to the cart, it does not pass the option value.
