When using a gift card that is more than the order total (reducing order cost to 0), we get the 'no payment method' option as the default selected (other options being authorize.net and purchase order). This appears to go through find and we get an order in the pending state with 0.00 value.
The problem is that the only button available is 'back', there's no option in the top bar to cancel the order or move it out of the pending state. Is this a configuration issue?
