I'm constantly getting an error message when trying to integrate the third party extension Royal Mail Click-and-Drop into my Magento 2.3.5-p1. When I click the "Activate" link and click the "Allow" button I get the following message:
"Sorry, we couldn't establish a connection to your Magento store
Please try to 'Activate' or 'Reauthorize' the integration again.
Error reference ef141789"
I have spoken with the vendor and they have said that it looks like we might have an invalid token as the API error is "Magento Invalid Magento Identity Confirmation, Request for URI: failed"
Looking at the integration page I have noticed that the "Access Token" and "Access Token Secret" fields are blank
I have generated a new access Token in my Magento account's I have generated a new access Token in my Magento account's "Downloads Access Token" facility
Can anybody tell me what I have to do with this key or if there is anything else I need to do to resolve this issue please?
