Cannot Log In Except Admin Account

Just installed Magento 2.07 with Composer via command line.

After logging into the admin screen, I've created other user accounts in Magenta. But when when trying to log in, I get this error message: "You need more permissions to access this."

Ideas/help appreciated.

Probably you've created your user without a Role.

That's why you are not able to log in.

Hi,

You only create an user but not assign any role to that use.

Go to role section assign module to that user which he will access after login.

All I can think is that there is a permissions problem. The command-line installation instructions are unclear, and at times simply inaccurate:

I removed my installation.
