Cannot exit Developer mode

I have a site rainbowballoonssite.com that I put in developer mode via CLI and I just went to put it in production mode and it won't exit developer mode. It successfully switches via CLI to Production mode and compilation takes place, but the website still says it is in development.

The htaccess and env.php do not control development mode. I cleared my /var/cache, /var/di, /var/generated, /var/page_cache

What am I missing?

Hey @nypedrogmad4a4 ,

I got your problem. Your website is already in production mode. But there is one problem that the notification is coming from a static block. A very simple thing you need to do. Kindly disable CMS Block for Site Notification. That's it. I'm sure it will work.
