Check Component Dependency ( Readiness Check )

i have had a problem with the
for over 5 days now
- tried clean installation many times
- tried the installing the Magento Open source from the softaculous and with cpanel through downloading the Zip package from the website and extract it and run the setup
but no way it always give me error with Check Component Dependency (Readiness Check)
,i want to run the readiness check to install an extension but i cant
- tried on terminal to run composer update and update --dev and composer Install 
but no way
please help me with the readiness check specially with Check Component Dependency
this is the message i receive
"Check Component Dependency

We found conflicting component dependencies. Hide detail

For additional assistance, see component dependency help ."

@godheaven18826 I will suggest you ton download the extension and unzip it and upload the files through FTP on server.

After that run the below php commands:

php bin/magento setup:upgrade
php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy -f
php bin/magento cache:flush

i tried it but i didn`t work but my magento website has dropped
