We have a rather annoying issue on our Magento 2 store whereby the default country at the checkout page is United States.
We have checked every possible setting, making sure that any relevant defaults point to United Kingdom but no matter where we look or what we try, it remains United States.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as we are pulling our hair out over this one!
