Hi All,
My Website version is 2.3.4.
I tried to connect ShipStation in the production website. When I tested the connection in ShipStation portal it kept showing :
Connection Test Failed!
• Invalid XML. Error: 'Root element is missing.' We received
It was succeed connecting to my dev website but failed in prod....
I tried to contact ShipStation but the following is the reply:
""Due to how Magento works, the installation of the plugin can vary. This is why we are not able to assist.""
