Currency setup , multiple currency problems

hello. 

i just installed CE 2.1 downloaded from Magento site . I am trying to setup multiple currency , i have done that before in different version of Magento with out any problem now , I select US. CANADA , EURO . and only US and EURO shows up . even if i remove EURO  from list i do still end up with US and EURO , no other selection would appear . I do clear magento cache and browser caches .. any idea ?

Ok is been fixed. 

problem was .. Canadian currency did not have any rate value .. i added a value and missing currency did show up in front page dropdown.
