Custom Admin URL causes 404. How can I get back in to admin?

As per title, how can i get back my admin url and set a custom url  correctly? now i am getting a 404 page when i type in my custom url example  yourdomain.com/namehere.

 

I am kinda nerd. would be great if someone can guide me the process.
