Customers are receiving order confirmation emails, but I'm not getting one
I had a bot trying to do a credit card transaction over 1000 times so I turned off the setting where I get an email of a declined order. Since then, I am no longer getting any emails. Customers are receiving all their emails of order confirmation, status updates, etc. I am just not getting an email when a customer places an order. I went back and changed all the settings to what I had changed them away from when I was trying to stop getting all the order decline emails. But that didn't fix the problem. Both my hosting and email provider said there are no blocks on their end, and again, all other emails seem to be going through. My web developer also said everything is fine with cron, etc. Any ideas?
