I am having an issue with customisable options. The products are configured with customisable options which are not required and are checkboxes.
When I have a product, say SKU 1234, that has 3 customisable options and somebody buys it and selects an option, the product in the order has an SKU of 1234--- (the 3 dashes presumable representing the 3 options). When I try and ship the order I get an error "Product does not exist". I have to go into the product configuration, change the SKU to 1234---, go back, ship the order, then return and update the SKU back to 1234. This is time consuming and I have a lot of orders. Is there any way I can prevent this from happening?
