CyberSource Payment Issue

I am trying to integrate cyber source global payment gateway with my magento2.2. But whenever i insert public and private key in system configuration option of my magento admin panel.  It's through an error .
"Failed to connect to repo.magento.com port 443:connection time out"

Please help me to solve this error as i already faced to many issues in this process.

Does the rest of composer/web component wizard work?

It could be that you have an older version of PHP/OpenSSL that doesn't support the latest ciphers: https://github.com/magento/magento2/issues/5239#issuecomment-228422812
