Dollar Sign Display Error

Need help with a strange issue.

On one particular computer, the products prices are displaying for example as 20,00$US and not $20.00. This is happening in both the IE and Chrome browsers.

See attachment...error at the cart at the top right area.- CART :0,00$US and this should be CART :$0.00
