I am using Magento 2.3.1 and when a customer pays (CC or Paypal) for a downloadable product the link is not activated. If they look in there Account under "My Downloadable Products" next to the product is says status is "Pending" and no link. It does work if someone order using a Mail/Check option and I go into the admin area and invoice them. After that there is a link available to the downloadable product. I have searched everywhere and found some discussions but no solution. I I am running in the Multi Store mode.
