Dynamic ordering conformation mail based on delivery time

Hey guys,
I'm are currently working on an online shop for a pizza service, even though we are currently in a good spot we still have a major problem.
We need something like a dynamic ordering conformation for our website.
We need to be able to give different delivery times to our customers, like 30, 45, 60, 75 and 90 minutes directly after they ordered.
The conformation email should still stay the same, just the delivery time should change.

It should be like a pop-up with the order itself displayed and the five options for different delivery times.

Do we need to create a new module or is it possible with magento 2.2 on its own?

You won't be able to get that functionality out-of-the-box but maybe you can start with something like delivery date/time modules: https://marketplace.magento.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=delivery%20date#q=delivery%20date&idx=m2_clo...

If not, I guess, you will need to create your module to handle your custom rules.
