ElasticSearch 7 Empty Categories

I'm using Magento 2.3.5-p1 and whenever I set ElasticSearch 7 (or any other version) as search engine, all my categories display empty.

When I set the search back to MySQL then my categories are shown correctly with the correct products in.

Any ideas?

Please check elastic search connection in admin, it should be successful then run indexing once.

Try it let me know if you get any error.

The connection is sucessful and I can see in cli that ElasticSearch is running. It returns search results but all my categories are empty.

Okay! then it might be theme issue which not support elasticsearch latest version or have you checked logs?
