Email not receiving after order.

@PankajS_Magento  I found the problem, which solves one problem I install this one https://github.com/magepal/magento2-gmail-smtp-app

when I order the product as a customer, I receive the email within 2 seconds, but still, one problem that is website owner is not receiving the email, what setting I need to do?

@PankajS_Magento  @Stuart M  so finally email problem is solved, actually, for Magento 2.3 version, Megaplaza is not working, I installed magepal and it is perfectly working. 

now my few more problems are 

1. How to solve the pub folder problem like now its show the page, like css is not working

basically in my opinion, if someone opens the URL 404 error should come.

2. The second thing is on the menu bar I want Home about us to link I search for so many articles but none of them implement on Magento 2.3

5 minimum order - I want that when user order the product, if its a pickup the order, there should be not a restriction dollar 1 order should work if the user selects the delivery option minimum order should be $80.
