Error 500 and can't execute bin/magento on CLI

suddenly my magento website gives me error 500 and i can't even execute "php bin/magento".

CLI doesn't return anything.

 

What I've done :

1. re-configured perms (755 for d, 644 for f, 777 for var, and so on)
2. checked apache error logs, nothing.
3. rewind the server, didn't work.

please advise, I'm very new to magento tbh.

Hi,

If you are using php-fpm then check their once for error log. I have the same issue I located it from php-fpm log.
