Error When Importing Shipping Matrix CSV

When Importing a CSV I get this error has anyone come across it before?

I have spoken with the guys at MAMP Pro and they have told me its a Magento issue

The file "/private/var/tmp/Applications/MAMP/tmp/php/phpgtO0V4" doesn't exist

Anyone have any ideas on this one?
