Error uploading Images in 2.3.3

Since upgrading to 2.3.3, whenever attempting to upload an image file .jpg, .png, .gif etc I receive the error "jpg was not uploaded.
Disallowed File Type." .  Any ideas?

I forgot to say this is when updating or adding new products through the Admin
