Exclude products with tier pricing from price cart rule

Hi,

We have a shop with several products with a tier pricing. We also have a price cart rule with a 5% discount (percentage of product price discount). But we want to exclude the products with tier pricing from this rule. I've tried many things through the conditions but nothing seems to work. I know I might work around this by excluding the SKU's, but just simply excluding the tier priced products would be a lot easier. 

Anyone who might help?

You can try doing following steps:
1) Go to store > attributes > edit tier_price attribute and set Use for Promo Rule Conditions

to Yes.

2) Create cart rule with this condition: All sku's that don't have tiered pricing

Accept the answer as solution is problem resolved.

Thanks for the answer. But what would be the exact condition to exclude the products with tiered pricing? I can't just write down: All SKU's that don't have tiered pricing.

You can write condition:
not all products with tier price greater than 0.
